Overview

Task delegation in projects and processes at work is critical, regardless of industry. To equip employees with vocabulary for common tasks and clarifying questions they can ask their managers, a brief eLearning experience was created.

Solution

A microlearning lesson was built in Articulate Rise 360. The short and sweet experience contains visually compelling quiz questions, a matching exercise, a flip card explanation, and simple video and audio content.

Result

Employees reported increased confidence in participating in project and process meetings with their managers.
